There is definitely something a little odd going on here. If you look at the overall design of the helmets, the BD version seems far more elongated. Also, the foreheads of the faceplates have a different design. They've probably used the non-BD mark IV faceplate/helmet as a stand-in.

So that's TWO Robert Downey head sculpts for which HT is in arrears.

And I wish HT would release the Mark V already.

If you look the neck looks longer on the Clean Helmet, that's because I am sure they are using the MK VI head. The Battle Damaged head shows less neck, I am sure it is designed a little different and goes over the neck more, or it looks like they did not push the head down in some of the pics, because the neck does look shorter in some of them

Looking at the pics again I see what you mean. Hopefully the head just needs pushing down a bit or something because in some pics it doesn't seem like they have. Either way will be sticking with mk IV.

Btw, whats the music in your vid? Sounds familiar and I can't quite put my finger on it. Driving me nuts!

Talk about bleeding a line to death...they both look the same to me apart from a different paint scheme and a triangle on his chest.

on second thought I will wait for the inevitable DX Iron Man.. It's a bummer the version without damage still has some scratches here and there, would have preferred it totally clean!

Four things come to mind looking at this.

1. ____ I have to buy two.
2. If they went all BD with this one why not do the same with War Machine?
3. I ____ing hate stylized bases.
4. Where the hell is the Mark V.

I guess it's good that it comes with a regular one too
