Click to expand... Yank it out with pliers. Sometimes they're glued in, so pouring in hot water, or leaving the head in a mug of hot water can help.

Click to expand... It will eventually, but I prefer hot water as it works faster to soften up the glue. With something like this hot water will get straight to the source of the problem.
