Awesome to see how the shelves were constructed and became this outstanding display! Love the Medusa and Conan shelf! :rock :rock :rock

Re: Golobulus finally has a display!

Hey Averone, Firebird, The Entity, galactiboy, transhi100, and cplhicks ("Game Over Man!"), thanks so much for your comments and for stopping by!

I'm switching gears a little to show off the new Die Cast (and this thing is HEAVY) Zoids Shield Liger that I stumbled upon and decided that I had to have. For the money, I think this is one of the most exciting figures that I've picked up in recent memory. Most of this figure is solid Die Cast Metal and it is VERY heavy for the size. There is more metal of this figure than anything else I think I own. Just arrived from Hong Kong today:

Here is a close up of the fully-metal and articulated legs:

Check out the articulated jaws on this beast!

The pilots are little cartoonish, but I suppose this is based upon a cartoon anyway. It would be awesome to pilot something like this!

Now, it's time to add the weapons upgrade kit that I was fortunate enough to find on ebay for a good price!

I think the idea Yamato had to allow these figures to be upgraded with additional add-on kits is so cool! The cannons are moveable up and down and swing out on the sides.

I think this figure is a steal!!! Definitely not disappointed with this one! Yamato has just released an updated version of the figure in all black but I personally preferred the bright and navy blue coloring. The new version also comes standard with the upgraded weapons pack.

Here are the Transformers Masterpiece Thundercracker, Sunstorm, and Ghost Starscream side by side for comparison:

I really dig the clear colors on the Ghost Starscream but the paint on Sunstorm is really awesome!

A close up of Sunstorm:

And Ghost Starscream... back from the dead:

And some full close-ups of each of them:

Re: Golobulus finally has a display!

Looks like good craftsmanship. Congrats. You have inspired me to consider doing something similar.

Re: Golobulus finally has a display!

Some friends asked about the scale for the Premium formats and the Shield Liger so here are a few pictures with a 12oz can of Pepsi to show the size of these:

1st, Massive Medusa:

The AMP suit is larger than a lot of people think:
