Does anyone know who made this custom Wonder Woman head?

I saw this head sculpt for Wonder Woman which was described as an Alex Ross version and contacted the owner to see if he knew who produced it.
Needless to say I was quite impressed but unfortunately he did not recall who produced it but gave me permission to ask around.

Does anyone know who did this sculpt?

Wow! That headsculpt is amazing. Alex Ross inspired all the way. Maybe SSR toys or whatever company made the Kingdom Come Superman can make something like this.

Definitely a really nice headsculpt though I'm not feeling the tiara too much. The face though is much better than what Sideshow did.
