I got this figure a couple weeks ago. I definitely see why some aren't happy with it. But after completely stripping the the figure, steam ironing the hood and then reassembling it, The clothes lay so much better now. My only gripe is the right sleeve being too short to stay tucked under the glove cuff. Otherwise, I think it's a great figure. Just wish he would've also came with the throwing knives on his belt.

Didn't do it mostly because you pay them a percentage of what you make. Rather get paid the full amount and ship it out myself.
