Custom 1:6 scale star trek original series phaser 1st attempt! updated w/ version 2

This is my first attempt to sculpt...well... anything.
It's a 1:6 scale Star Trek original series phaser. (although it may be a little big...) it's made of sculpty and painted using Citadel paints.

Seeing this is the first attempt, of course it will be refined it as I try to make more.

I added some metal components and slimmed up the pistol grip to better fin the hand. Al little tighter on the sculpt. still some work to be done.
