I couldn't find the jump suit, so I ended up modifying something close.
The nametag and 3d printed shoes came out alright, I think. I'm not so happy with the head, so I'll do the one more revision later.

Happy to say I recently pulled the trigger on the complete hot toys aliens marine figures. Trying to replace most of their heads now. I really like the Rocco one for shocks but does anyone know if the helmet can still fit on with his spiky hair? Thanks!

I've been doing some repainting.

I also touched up an old, recast set of the EVA models kit.

And I repainted and re-strapped an old recast set of Dorgmal Snow's USCM armor. (Not pictured are the greaves and knee armor)

I rigged some magnets under the back of one set, and inside a ruck so I could replicate the look of the Marine pack from the manual (I just forgot to grab some good photos of it)

A quick assembly/test shot.

Very rarely on ebay, and for bazillions of dollars :(
There are a few 3d models of the armour around. I'd recommend Michael's over on CGI Trader (I'm sure I'd scale it down for you if required, too).
Wow I've never heard of/used this site. I would definitely love to purchase parts and paint them. I can just send a message requesting 1/6 scale? Not sure what scale this is in currently.
