The Batman stuff looks interesting.

It can't be easy for current artists to reimagine characters in the 89 Batman style and recreate the Tim Burton aesthetic. They should consult with the costume designers and artists of that time to get a better idea of what things would of looked like had it been made back in the 80s and early 90s.

It kind of reminds me of the Blade Runner sequel. They tried recreating the look and feel of the original world, but something was off.

They can't recreate a classic, that doesn't mean they won't try

Villeneuve did well with blade runner I thought, but completely unnecessary

Reminds me of the new ghost busters films, they need to stop dragging up that franchise lol

I kinda like the batcycle despite it looking very impractical and uncomfortable, not to mention dated but I know that's the point lol

Back on the subject of Ned Beatty, it's taken me six years to notice there's an Otisburg in Batman: Arkham Knight! He finally got his wish.

Joe Quinones' art is great though. I don't like the white eyes though, it takes 90% of Keaton's menace away.
