I’ve been busy, I also realized they added more details to the removable trailer tower and the truck on the missing link c01, now i want to get the c02! The other primes are the MP-10 toys r us, the Optimus prime 2012 Commemorative release and the Walmart single cab exclusive.

I love the MP-44 but haven’t messed with it too much because the missing link it’s taking my attention!!! At first i didn’t want to clip the spruces but screw it haha i ain’t selling it. I need more space!! I just opened up the Soundwave 40th and need to get blaster to go with it. I am curious to see the next missing TF though

Maybe the trailer mold was damaged to a point they couldn’t do the spring action on it but who knows!! I’m loving the retro direction, foam padding, packaging and decal sheet we can do for it!! Since the C01 as we all know has the printed molding that just leaves spare decals for your older cab if need be!

I do agree with what KoolkollectiblesKhai mentions about the MP-44S at first glance I realize what they did but since I missed the first one back in 2018, I’m curious to know if the color painting on this is just a newer version of the old school toy? I feel that the actual homage to the figure is the missing link which is why i didn’t mind missing details on the MP-44S but we’ll see

That missing link sure is a beaut, got it on my living room table the whole time. G1, but so much articulation is friggin beautiful!

On a toy deco MP Prime, I'm probably gonna go with the MS, as that one's just sublime. and I think the TT is a super lazy cop out.
But have to see. Currently pulling a lot of punches trying to get out of the hobby. It's been a great run, ever since 2000, roughly.

But it's time to do something else with my money.

Congrats on all those great pick ups @Ropen :clap I've got my orders of Missing Link Optimus C-01 & 02 coming soon as well and very much looking forward to them.
I legit want to buy the C02 just for the different color distribution!!! It's a completely different figure and I love it! The C01 is just beautiful on it's own but Takara got me haah

I've been looking at it and messing around with it!! I wish they could let us buy diaclone figures for this vehicles but one can dream.

With the MP Prime i kind of want the trailer now, but those mp-44 are no joke. Maybe the'll consider another reissue of it with the cab in one way or another. I'm really angry for seeing the chance to buy it retail but passed on it at the time. Aside from the trailer I need more human minifigs to fit in the vehicles considering the 3.0 has three of them.

Won an auction for a Transformer this week. Was excited because I got a good price. Then less than 90 minutes later, after I paid and checked out through my cart, the seller cancelled the entire auction.

No direct contact, no kind of dialogue, nothing at all. Just a cold stale Ebay form letter saying the auction was cancelled. So I emailed the guy, to ask what was going on. He said he sold it to someone else that morning and it was all a "mistake" and that he would compensate me by offering me 5 percent off any future purchase from him over 20 dollars. ( Somehow that response was more insulting to me than shafting me on the auction because he didn't like the end price point)

Interesting to see how long it takes him to "relist" the item again. I reached out to another local collector, who also does some Transformers, and he told me this is much more common than people think, and it's happened to him multiple times over Ebay transformers. He wins, then the auction gets cancelled, likely because the ending price on the auction was "too low" for the seller to stomach.

Assessing my full range of options with this...

Sorry you went through that, it's a rookie seller move because they are too cheap to set the "reserve" price they would let it sell for. I mean it sucks, but you dodged a big bullet, IMHO. The best thing you can do is to "save" that search so you get alerted the next time it comes up, assuming the seller indeed relisted it. Often times though some sellers do feature the same items at different vendors so who knows.

Recently picked up Bulkhead. He is, so far in my tiny starting Transformers collection, my favorite. He also has some aftermarket kits that make him even more interesting.

Finally managed to rectify a couple of glaring omissions from my collection in the last couple of weeks :)

First up the X-Transbots Gravestone Trailer to finally complete my Stunticon collection
