I think at this point even if not spot on it's great to see Prince. Love the guitar especially!

I'm curious as to what outfit this is though, I'm guessing it's a tour outfit?

Been a Huge Prince Fan since I was 7 back in 1982, preorders as soon as it went up at TNS! Likeness is pretty close for the Purple Rain era and who knows they might improve it further before release! The Symbol on the zipper pulls for the boots is wrong though, he didn't start using that version of his Symbol till 1992. The Figure will go well with my Freddie Mercury and David Bowie figures :D Hope it does well enough that they do some other eras of his career.

Similar to the Cobain figure by Blitzway, this figure is too thick around the jaw and neck. Both Prince and Cobain were skinny guys. Maybe the Medicom Daft Punk bodies would be in order, but that still won't fix the beefy face

Are they STILL using those trash single bend arm bodies? This is the dumbest company I’ve seen, they make some meh to good looking figures but use the most trashy bodies in this hobby. I’m sure they have enough money to make their own bodies for their figures.
But I will say what they lack in brain cells the make up for in a pretty good looking figure.

I'm pretty sure it's a collaboration but I do agree on bodies. Bob Marley only had a single joint but then these are music icons not super heroes so not a huge issue.

This is Wins 3rd figure.... 5th if you include the 2 Freddie Mercury kits. The quality is usually pretty dam good I'm just hyped to see more music figures. The outfit choice does bug me a bit would of made more sense to do purple rain movie outfit.

His face had more meat on it in the Purple Rain era, he was only 26 at the time, he seemed to get a fair amount thinner over the years.

I need them to make a Batdance version of Prince now!!

I agree it isn’t the greatest likeness or one of Soosoo’s bests, but still looks pretty decent. I have never thought of getting musician figures except for my two favourite pop divas, but I’m really tempted by this. Prince was amazing and the overall look of this figure is pretty great.

I bought the 1:6 PCS Prince on bike statue but I think I’ll add this figure to my collection too.

Tempting, although his face looks off. I have a better sculpt for him, I wonder how easy it will be to get the fashion...
