Jacob just posted a pretty incredible TOD custom. Uses the leather hat from Vigilante Craftworks (but painted and reworked) and Brandon's other gear, and looks like the Inigo v3, Creg boots, HT clothes, and he weathered up one of my satchels. So cool.

The best TOD Indy custom I've seen. This is how I want to get mine done but getting the HT pants that correct color tends to be impossible at times.

That looks incredible! Oddly enough, one of the aspects I love most is how the body, head and hands are all the same skin tone. I felt like with the SS body, the arms, chest/neck, hands and head are all slight different shades. Love how he hid the wrist joint as well.

I feel like this is one of those times a client just lets Jacob do what he does best with no budget cap and then you get something amazing looking like this. “I want you to make the best TOD Indy you can make for me, no matter the cost. Here are all the pieces, now have at it”

I would love to know how to do that "sweat droplet" trick for sure. That adds so much reality to the figure, like he's dripping.
Not sure how Jacob does it, but there is a Vallejo water texture “paint” that’s sort of thick and if you take your time, you can make water droplets with it and a small paint brush. I have no experience with an air brush, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Jacob puts it on low pressure and use that vallejo stuff or some other sort of mixture so that whatever he uses comes out a little less fine than it would with high pressure so you get the sort of randomized sweat droplets look

I can't imagine doing each individual droplet... but then again, maybe that's the best, most controlled way.

Nice! Where's the upper torso/neck from?
Blitzway Tyler Durden body. I'd use a Zorro chest if I could find that body but it sold out quick when people caught on it was good for customs. It's the same chest piece just painted differently.

Body looks good, Luis! Was expecting some chatter about the DoggieDoc fedora he showed off on Facebook.

From DD "Indiana Jones fedora. Made with soft plastic material that has been flocked with synthetic fiber to emulate the felt material that the original hats were made of. Contrary to some beliefs the hats were not made of leather."

"Real ribbon and ribbon bow on the side as well. WIP, will need to test sizing on several sculpts. May refine some shapes as well but the overall look and shape is very good already."

Looks pretty sweet, hope he offers it up at some point.

The flocking will always look a bit over-scale but does look rather good in these zoomed-in photos. I'm sure that at normal viewing distances, it will look amazing. The ribbon looks good, too.

I'm not sure if the shape is 100%, though. The brim looks not wide enough and the crown height could be somewhat higher, especially if recreating a "Raiders" hat. Can't wait to see it on a head sculpt.

Yeah, this seems to be his first test sample. Very curious to see it on some sculpts and whether he makes movie-specific mods. He said he might make it a part of his accessory set but not definite.

One thing I've started to appreciate is thin brims like on Buffy/Inigo. My Jnix brim is thicker in comparison.
