How did you score the dive? A had a figure that did a shelf dive last week and I scored the dive, Very Good: 8.5
However, I won't be entering that figure in the 1/6 scale figure Olympics Diving Competition.
Have an ANH stormtrooper that took a dive from second Detolf level. He has a broken hip! Sadly, couldn’t pay the hospital bills so he’s now disabled.

I guess I would assign close to a 10 for being thoughtful. He somehow left his sculpt on the shelf, so there was no damage there, and he landed on the strip of carpet that I have at the base of my shelves for this exact possible scenario. He could have jumped further, missing the carpet, and landing on the travertine...

My biggest complaint is that they centered the eyeball on one of my Jokers with the joystick all the way to one side, which limits the ability to adjust his eyes in that direction. Anyway to fix this?

Still really wish the rooted version would have come in a single pack. Would have been a very cool display piece. I look forward to getting Batman and maybe if I can find one I’ll get Aragorn too.
In a recent interview, InArt said that they won’t do what they did with Joker again - forcing you to buy 2 figures for a rooted version.

hope following figures ditch outddated pers system and have the magnet cover the entire base instead of just one spot as well, then i think they'd be golden

and improvement with their eye decal work. their stuff is like early HTs DX eyes

I think it was kind of dumb they did so in the first place. A lot of their draw is the rooted sculpt but not everyone wanted to shell out that much money for the two pack. Also it seems like a lot of people don’t like the version without the jacket as much so in a way it’s a waste.

I’m glad that the rest of their announcements have been for a single rooted figure. I won’t buy a lot of them most likely but if I do it’s good knowing that will continue.

remove the mechanism like others are doing.
I didn't know this was a thing folks were doing, thanks! I'll have to dig into this thread and see how people are doing it.

If you wanted to keep the joysticks, is it possible to "reset" the joysticks so they are in the middle when the eyes are in a neutral position?

might be possible. i have not received my copy yet from spec but that's what i want to attempt first by manually realligning the eyes so they look straight and pushing the joystick back in as a first attempt before resorting to removing the mechanism entirely

nice drape wor gar. the back of the coat always looks funny with most custom and joker coats

Thank you.

I'm still fiddling with him, this being my first futz with him -- getting familiar with the materials and all. Undressed him mostly -- to the pants and shirt -- didn't find the tie too difficult when putting the head on, but I was likely so aware after the comments.

The only wrinkle I had was that my left-hand wrist joint was frozen -- wouldn't budge. Took me 30 minutes to heat and pry with an exacto blade to finally get it to pivot normally. But now its fine. All the joints are strong, and the body has a good weight to it.

I skipped the base -- he has no trouble standing on his own two feet without it.

I see someone selling the rooted two pack for $1600 and everyone saying "Good price!". Wonder how high this figure's release will go for down the road.

$2400.

:dunno

I'm sure we'll see all kinds of pricing as the market tries to find its value. In a few years time, when there are very few unopened rooted 2-packs left, the price could get very high indeed.
