True that...but maybe this time they will be bothered by upcoming InArt BvS Superman and offer us a new alternative sculpt for him. Wishful thinking lol I don't know another character who got multiple releases with a same sculpt. Maybe Holland's Spider Man? Idk.
Captain America has had the most reuse I believe. He’s had the same sculpt (helmeted and Steve Rogers) from Winter Soldier, AoU, Civil War and the Concept figure until Infinity War and Endgame figures.

Batman designed the Tactical Batsuit after forming the Justice League in order to combat the invading Parademon army. It’s an upgraded, tougher version of his iconic costume with visible light armor plates offers protection from the hits while still being able to move and throw quick punches. He can also wear goggles with the suit that allows multiple functions to assist him in piloting his vehicle.

Celebrating Batman Day, Hot Toys is delighted to present the Tactical Batsuit Version of 1/6th scale Batman collectible figure inspired by Zack Snyder's Justice League!

Meticulously crafted based on the image of Ben Affleck as Batman/ Bruce Wayne in Zack Snyder's Justice League, the figure showcases the Tactical Batsuit in gorgeous detail with updated paint applications. The 1/6th scale Batman figure features a cowled head sculpt with interchangeable eye pieces and lower faces capturing Ben Affleck’s facial expressions, interchangeable goggles, a specialized body portraying Batman’s muscular physique, finely tailored Tactical Batsuit textured with elements of battle-damage, a highly-accurate Parademon gun, Batarangs, grapple guns and multiple Bat gadgets. The figure also comes with a Paredemon diorama base tinged with painted lava and weathering details.

This unique Batman figure will bring justice to your collection!

I've seen that figure selling for reasonable prices on eBay and the buy sell trade groups.

There are older figures they could have done first or god forbid something new.

Keaton, Batfleck or Pattinson in 1/4 scale would have been awesome.
Yep…well always better to pay Sideshow whatever they are charging than the “reasonable” prices that most charge on EBay for a figure that’s been sold out for a couple of years…
And who knows…maybe some folks out there would prefer to have this figure at a retail price than any other Batman at 1/4 scale…I’ll use myself as proof of the accuracy of that supposition…
And I personally really don’t care about Star Wars so Hot Toys should just go ahead and stop releasing Star Wars figures…that’s how this works right?

Wonder how much the articulation will be updated? Ain’t gonna lie, I’m probably going to skip this, but the fact that it’s zsjl packaging will probably make me buy an empty box.

I’ve done this with my Mk85 iron man, sort of. I liked the BD box art more and plus I bought all the accessories separately so it made sense to get the box. At least that’s how I justified it :lol

Looks like a gunmetal grey on the actual costume?
You’re right, it’s gunmetal grey. Even though this suit is quite busy, the silver lenses are the thing that is distracting me lol

If HT could make sure this guy has good traps, I’m all in on this. Didn’t expect them to release this suit, mainly because his suit in the Flash also has the tactical look.

Lame release, waste of a slot.

This is my least favorite look for a Batman. He looks like NiteOwl from Watchmen. Hate it. Nothing about it screams Batman.

If you’re gonna do something for Batman Day, do these,

- BvS Batman redux ( best Affleck)
- Adam West redux
- Keaton redux
- Kilmer (panther suit)
- Pattison (battle damaged grime)

Or hell make Clooney. Why not? I’d get it for the cinematic Batman line up to “have them all).

I still don’t get why we only have 1/4 quarter scale of Bale. Can you imagine the hype off they did a Keaton, Affleck and/or Pattison in that scale?

When the hell is the Sonar suit coming out? Feels like eons ago he and Robin went to preorder which itself was eons after they were first previewed. I keep forgetting and re-remembering they're even being made.

No clue. Can’t wait for them though. They’re gonna be fun to open.

I just went through the specs pics for Batman and Robin after you posted this and I still can’t believe they’re actually coming. I wish they did more with older movie licenses.

You would think that on Batman Day [17th of September], hot toys would go all out and announce lots of Batman related items, instead they announce just 1 reissued figure....... Of course, if it was Star Wars Day, or Marvel Day, hot toys would be announcing collectables for those franchises for the next 2 weeks non stop.........:banghead

This is a great figure !! I love the Tech Suit, so bad ass and different to a standard Batman outfit which we've all seen before.

Congrats to those who can now pick this guy up.

It'll be an easy pass for me as I love the uniformity of the ramp bases for all the JL team, and don't need another anyway.

Not necessarily. I remember they issued some Marvel figure on Star Wars day one year. They often don't even care or know.

So that was it for Batman day? One reissue of a figure that's still pretty easy to get and a reused base.

I hope the 89 2.0 doesn't join the long list of stuff teased but never released by Hot Toys.
