The other suits are cool and will be tempting, but I’ll likely just go with the modern suit. Maybe I’ll get the blue and gray suit too.

The only one I'd be remotely interested in is the Knightmare one. But to be honest none really feel all that much like Keaton Batman to me.
Yeah - it's a neat shot in the trailer as it feels like a tribute to those 90s Kenner Keaton figures but it's hard to imagine the Batman from Tim Burton's world would have ever wore or had a need for some of these suits in that established universe. Especially the one to the far right that looks like Steampunk Batman.

I imagine he used them on his adventures when he fought with his rogues. I look at Keatons world as a version of what BTAS was technically supposed to before it became it's own thing.

Nope. Just make-believe nostalgia. Real nostalgia is no longer good enough. Now, they must manufacture nostalgia you never knew you had but now you want it. Nostalgia for the twin-guns version for example.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the Batman Returns suit didn't actually do anything new, right? It had no in-universe specific function that set it apart from the '89 suit for all we knew. It was just a new suit that looked slightly different.

Yeah, just the glider wings. And he had a whole vault of identical versions of that suit in Returns. And he wears that suit through Gotham's winter season and down in the murky sewers. So I guess the idea is after Returns, he deviated from a one-size-fits-all-situations suit into speciality suits for particular missions with unique aesthetics, then by the time he was 70 years old he came all the way back around to a modernized version of his Returns suit.

Cool to see the concept suits fleshed out a bit. Joe Quinones (the artist on the recent Batman '89 comic) designed elements of some of these, and artist Chris Weston did, too. The gray costume was Weston's idea.

I'm sure I'd buy them if Hot Toys spaced them out a bit, but I won't be too upset if they're not made. (They'd be instant purchases from McFarlane...) The Batcomputer Hot Toys teased is much more up my alley, so I hope that one comes out (with a turtleneck Bruce and Alfred please!). The cool bases definitely make these figures more interesting, but I'm not up for rebuying an '89 and/or Returns suit just for the bases, as I'm perfectly happy with the original releases. I'd also want to show those off with Keaton sculpts rather than as empty suits. Emphasis in my collection will never be on The Flash over Batman, no matter how good the movie is.

Like some of you have said, my goal is also a Batman from every movie, but I'd love figures even from the original serials, too! If done in black and white, they would really pop on a shelf. No chance of Hot Toys making 'em, but that doesn't stop me from wanting them made.

I love to speculate wildly: Do you guys think these will be actual figures? They aren't being advertised as 1/6th scale figures, but rather as highly-detailed collectibles. Also while the modern suit clearly has a stand, the other figures appear to not have a stand, just the pedestal. Will these be more akin to the upcoming armory Bruce? I do love that blue/gray look.
