Zero chance of this working. In order for this to be manufactured, Universal approved it in full. As long as they get their royalty check, they're fine with it.

Really? I thought most collectors were older, with expendable income. No way I could pay for these in my 20s
They upgraded the Battision sculpt after the preorder was up, and they fixed the Tony Stank sculpt after release, but Doc Brown is from a movie that came out in 1985 and most of the collectors and influencers are young or only care about the next new big thing. I don't think enough people will complain to get Hot Toys to care.
