Still too bad they never made this. I thought the movie was entertaining. Tonto is the only figure I ever got for free. It's a really nice fig really but kind of hard to display without the LR.

Just re-reading Motuxman's comment that HT actually thought the Ranger would sell better than Tonto. I woulda thought so too. Shame he wasn't released first.

Hopefully this will mean a high-quality HT Armie head for our LR customs! (Or, dare I say, the LR figure itself at long last?)

Just picked this piece up. Stunning in hand. Wanted to share some pics. Still consider this a tragically misunderstood flick.

Yep, really enjoyed the movie. HT should have sold these as a set. People knew early on we probably weren’t getting the Ranger and it tanked Tonto’s sales. I myself bought the 1/4 Neva for that reason. Tonto is spot on, LR less so, but at least they are a pair.

At this juncture I'm thinking we could do worse than a custom using the Disney Toys outfit.

But I'm also considering commissioning Geewhiz Customs, they're commercial quality.
