1/6 Cantina

[Dorgmal Snow]

Well the Summers kind of over and the nights are drawing in. It's this time of year that I love nothing bore than sitting in a public house with a large schooner of sherry! And what the best bar in town I hear you ask...

Well Chalmun's Cantina better know as The Mos Eisley Cantina.

This is a project I planned to do when I was working on the Mos Eisely Street Scene but got too carried away with other things as always.

Any way I have made a start. Been looking forward to this for a while.

Hey Mark, years ago I made a crude version of the table and benches for my sons hasbro figures. For the table I found this wooden cylindrical container made of balsa or something like it and I glued strips of balsa to the sides to simulate the look of the one in the film. I'll see if I can find it and take some pics. Its easy and cheap.

LOL Sleep, darn sleep, I wish I did not have to.

Wor Gar, I try to make all the stuff I build pack flat for storage. I only really have the tatooine street and the deathstar. I gave the pub I made away.
The cantina booth is gonna be a pain, because I cant take it apart. I dont know where I am gonna put the other 6 booths and the chuffin bar, LOL. (I am kidding.... hummm)

Anzik I would love to see the table u made...

As for greedo... I wish they would sort them selves out at SS. Yes we all love Clones, but when u really think about it greedo would be a must. I don't known any a ANH that does not love greedo.

I may have to bite the bullet and get a Hasbro big head shinny suit one.

WONDERFUL!!!!

Can't wait to see the finished product! And you can grab the Hasbro Greedo in the meantime. He's an OK base for a nice custom. Here's what I did to mine a few years ago:
