Zero regrets about cancelling my Hot Toys version and ordering a second InArt one.

I was thinking about why the head proportions look off on the maskless sculpt, but not on the masked sculpt, and I honestly wonder if it's just the proportions of the suit itself. Do we ever see a full shot of him in the suit, without the mask in the movie? I think we only ever see him shot in...

I have two sculpted versions on pre-order and the wait is going to be painful.

I still think the Hot Toys is an incredible likeness, but the InArt looks overall to be a much much more impressive figure.

My opinion as a photographer is to trust the video over these instagram photos. To my eye, these look like they have been overly edited to make them look really sharp and contrast-y. Especially on the face place here. That's why the face looks a little weird on these shots.

The unmasked sculpt still looks a tad undersized, but this right here looks excellent.

Someone on here claimed a few weeks ago to have gotten one from Sideshow, but no one else has received a charging or shipping notice.

My understanding is that most (if not all) asian imports come in through the west coast, so it shouldn't affect asian manufactures.

This is literally the first time I have heard of anyone receiving one from Sideshow. Has anyone else gotten a notice?

It's not a green filter issue. The event must have had weird lighting and the photographer didn't know how to white balance their camera. Here's a photo of Bats from that event and my white balance corrected version of it.

The wait for this is just going to be so painful.

I still really think the slow rollout of Gandalf was largely due to the rooted hair and beard. And there was no non-rooted versions. That had to have taken longer, from a production standpoint.

There was a social media post a few weeks back where InArt said they have been showing the same figure at all the recent shows.

I'm not going to lie, I will continue to buy every single version of the main OT heroes. (Even 3PO.)

I wouldn't expect Sideshow to start shipping these out for at least another month.

I've literally been waiting on this figure for 10 years.
