Well, you might get a second chance. Not only is NECA notorious for re-releasing their catalog (I mean, except the Alien Deacon that is ☹️) but, the box is licensed to Child's Play 2, Child's Play 3, Bride of Chucky, and Seed of Chucky. Everything except the first movie (and 6,7, and the show)...

And technically it does say Chucky, on the bottom of the box. The bottom also gives prototype credit to Moody Pudding (as well as others). The only not "good guy" specific thing written around the rest of the box is NECA in bold red letters.
