See the above quote Use hairdryer to heat the hands before removing. Avoid use on silicone. If the silicone gets sticky, use corn starche/baby powder to soften it up again

They don't do reissues but there is a possibility of a new version, like in the case of Sephiroth. Nothing has been announced or teased, but it's possible still.

I definitely recommend getting AC Cloud and Fenrir ASAP, and like Walter said, wait for Sephiroth V2. Zack is amazing but there could be improvements. The only figure with QC issues so far.
