Understandable. That figure is obviously supposed to be Major Kira Nerys, but the face sculpt has some issues, the hair is too brown, and the uniform color is...well...even Nanjin seemed unsure about it by the time of release.

No. It wasn't. And while the argument can be made (and frequently has been) that one can't tell the real uniform colors from a screencap, the belt is very obviously all one color.

I believe the head sculpt on the Judge Q figure lacks features that would be found on Q in any other uniform or outfit we saw him wearing. Because of the hat, no hair was sculpted so that it would fit better, and IIRC, it also lacks ears. From what I remember Nanjin saying and showing sometime...

Not everybody has the same agreements for licensing and likeness rights and such, and we know Nana had at least some input at the beginning (the hair cut at least), but I saw a video where somebody brought Bob Picardo a figure of the Doctor from Voyager, and it was pretty clear he hadn't seen it...

If this is the photo they used, they missed the mark. The Exo-6 figure isn't squinting. The eyes are just too small, even for that photo you posted. Are they too small by a lot? Probably not, but sometimes a 10% difference in the size of a feature on a figure's face can look significant. Also...
