There are things I like and dislike about this statue. I’ll just let the ES decide for me. 1500 ES or less is a buy, more than that is a pass. Price will probably be $625 for this piece.

Did anyone try displaying him in a besta because mine is just a cm out not an inch. I was able to close the door with a little opening but hard to notice. Although he doesn’t looked scaled with my other statues so need to move him out. 😢

Same here. I’m surprised to see a lot of negative comments on this statue. So far the dog collar and the suspender look on his body are the ones that bother me but still a nice looking statue. Will wait for the full reveal to see how the statue looks overall.

Agree. Still need to figure out how to display Thanos. Maybe enclosed in an all glass casing. Hoping to see more pics from everyone and get inspiration there.

It was probably when Thanos EX went up for PO and SS site was starting to crash, and all I can remember was clicking on Thanos face several times not really sure if I was on the EX or CE page and ended up ordering both 😂

Yeah I was surprised as well. 005/750 and 0051/3500, don’t really know the mechanics on who gets what or if it’s just random.

No print on the base nor plastic cover on each piece. Probably used on events and not really the production piece. Btw thanks for sharing, I like how the whole statue was broken down into fewer pieces, less parts to worry and less chance of breaking

Understood and I hear your frustration since the EX is a must have for most collectors. Again the delay on the email was probably due to the congestion since the site became slow when PO went up. On a separate note, I wonder why SS price the EX and REG the same amount.

Probably SS knew that if they put an exact time that their site will not be able to handle the traffic and cause their servers to crash. That will be a nightmare for them, we may not like how it was handled but I am sure SS had a valid reason why they took this route.

He did say he got both EX and REG and will be displaying the REG version. Everyone has different ways of collecting. Others want it displayed open, others enclosed in glass, others put personal touches on their statue, others keep in box sealed and others buy 2, one for display and one for safe...

I doubt anyone will sell the EX for 1.4k-1.5k due to the ~10% ebay fees but if it's an auction instead of BIN...Hmm...I wonder how much one collector is willing to pay 🤔 I hope the REG has an ES of 1.5k-2k factoring the complexity of this piece.
