Well i totally get that, i dont like paying sideshow's domestic shipping prices. i can only imagine how much they charge for international lol. But back to the topic, this Maul looks fantastic, Hot toys has been very hit and miss lately, and once in a while a really good one pops up

I just use SS for ease and security of order and not having to worry about international shipping. Not opposed to buying from other places but just go for the easiest first party one. Not sure why SS is so avoided here, aside from their lame shipping prices.

I think i see part of the problem. If you search for mace windu images, every picture his face has some "attitude", HT on the other hand did their usual thousand mile stare. The expressions on SLJ's face i think adds quite a bit. Hmm also seems the shape of his dome is a bit off, however that...

Either play the original knights of the old republic. Or if you play the star wars mmo there is a side quest on dromund kaas that talks about him and a few group instanced missions that feature him. I will say revan in the mmo wasnt as cool as in kotor
