That's unfortunate. I've never had a problem with Small Joes, had a wrong figure sent once, they told me to keep it and sent the correct one on their dime.

Thanks to BoosterX I finally added Firefly and Zartan to the ranks Man do I love this figure! alas Zartan is still stuck in packaging, maybe later this week I'll release him.

Those are awesome displays and the display cases are really cool. My Sideshow Joes are still in boxes so they don't get dusty. What is a good display case to get? Nevermind found the answer in a different thread. Ikea Deltoff.
