Action Figure McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Line

Nope! Just a scratch build from the McFarlane base head. Thickened the neck, re-sculpted the cowl, added the proper texture and a detailed repaint. Didn't even touch the mouth likeness, as it was already pretty dead on to Keaton. Just needs paint to bring it out, like most McFarlanes.

Action Figure McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Line

Omg dude, I somehow managed to remember my login to here. Yeah man that's my work haha. Thank you for shoutin' me out. I did post this on reddit. Someone ended up buying it and so those pictures are from them. He's not crediting me but it's no big deal! You know me, I'll take the small victories...

1/6 Hot Toys 1/6 Captain Marvel

Wow. Stunning pictures! That really does help bring out the likeness. This will be my FIRST Hot Toys figure, ever. So my hopes are high. Captain Marvel is the only one I've deemed worthy of a purchase.

Action Figure McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Line

finally got that TNBA custom done I drafted a few months ago :slap The blue variant inspired me to finish it. Also added some accurate blue highlights to the AA Batman, on the appropriate costume areas. Fixed the eyes too, and they look a lot better.

Action Figure McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Line

Indeed, it leans more TNBA. It's cool in it's own right as a mashup, but not what the line needed right out of the gate. I'm currently working on transforming it into a full TNBA Batman. This is my concept reference. Not to mention this exact version pairs with the STAS superman. The...

    Official NECA Terminator Thread

Did a few paint fix ups/battle damage to the Carl. I found Carl's eyes and eyebrows to be a bit wonky, and I love my Terminators damaged. I loved the figure out of the box but it needed some extra oomph. Also greyed out the jacket a little bit (so it's not so aggressively chocolate brown) and...

Action Figure McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Line

Man, I think these could be a customizers dream. They seem like really high quality figures compared to what Mattel has given us. It's inspiring to finally have retail DC figures that rival DCCollectibles or NECA, especially as McF adapts and gets into a groove. I've had a vision about the BTAS...

DC Direct doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!! I'm buying the "BTAS" McF figure to modify it, because I see something there, under all that "unique take". I threw this photoshop together quickly with my vision. Fix the eyes, the mouth opening, the gloves, thicken the calves a...

The McF figures are based on a universe in which everyone is a half ft. taller!

DC Direct doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!! Wow, the new McF BTAS figure sucks. It's kind of cool in it's own right, but its ridiculously inaccurate.

DC Direct doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!! wow, the grey is so light compared to the older releases. I don't know how to feel about it. Do the older plastic capes fit on him? The shoulders look kind of odd.

DC Direct doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!! That haven't been made? Annie from Growing Pains and the Old Wounds style Grayson Robin. (and not undersized!) Of those that have been made, I'd have to keep the TNBA Batman (as it's honestly still my favorite figure in the...

Hot Toys Batman Forever 1/6th scale Robin Collectible figure

Looks fairly accurate. Color is just throwing me way off. As long as it's larger than a potential Kilmer Panther suit Batman, it's accurate!

    1/6 SDCC '19 Reveals Thread

Quite the opposite really. Any self proclaimed "DC fan" should be down for a Robin. I'll be waiting for the Batman & Robin version personally. I LOVE that suit.

Hot Toys Batman Forever 1/6th scale Robin Collectible figure

Guh, the small details are wrong again Hot Toys. Colors are wrong, chest sculpt is wrong...

1/6 Batman: TAS figures coming from Mondo...

Ehh this figure just doesn't work for me. I don't know what it is, it just looks like a "toy" from the 90's, which, is cool, but that's not it's intent. I'll stick to the 6 inch. Better proportions and sculpt.

DC Direct doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!! The Justice League figures look much better on display to me. That JL Batman might end up as my favorite.

DC Direct doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!! REJOICE! These look like some of the best figures in the entire line. I'm sure you can swap out that helmet head wth a normal Batman head. I really like that body, even though the articulation is a bit ugly. It will be much more...

NECA 1/4 Scale TMNT 1990's Turtles

This is EXACTLY what I did yesterday, and I easily snagged a set. It was just second nature for me, to do all of this stuff. I'd assume that everyone would have done the same to prepare if they really wanted a set. This set was SO much easier than getting an NES or SNES Classic for example...
