Aa far as rubbing the paint off, in order to do a new paint job you would have to prep the rubber suit with something. Whether that is alcohol, mineral spirits or acetone... you would have to take that shine off no matter what. After two weeks week my alcohol figure is holding up just fine...

I found some shiny spots on the back of my TDK DX19s cowl. Anyone have a suggestion on how I can get rid of them? No idea how they got there.

Hey. So DeanKnight posted a new video discussing it. As far as what I did, I just wet a small section of a micro fiber cloth and then gently rubbed it on the suit in sections to remove the shininess. It maybe took all of 5 minutes. I am aware that alcohol can dry out rubber suits. Doing it once...
