If you don't want to style it again, then a gloss medium from the art store would work. Acrylic or polyurethane gloss coat.

As Scully wears a suit you shoul try the old Ladies Mission bodies. They can cross their arms and legs really well.

Fabric paint from a craft or art store will be the best if you want to keep the feel of the cloth. If you don't mind it getting a little stiff the Liquitex acrylic works really well. I see it for everything, it needs no fabric medium or setting.

I use mainly Liquitex acrylics, both hand brushed and airbrushed. Just get some flow medium and some matte medium and you are all set. They work well on both plastic and rtubber.

Look for something that has a low minimum setting under 10000 rpm. That way you can sand and polish plastic without melting it.

Micro balloons mixed with PVA glue is what you are looking for. Check model rail supplies for them. They are made by 3M for light weight filler.

Hi, I use acrylics to paint sculpey, my favorite is Liquitex. Thin it with a combination of the Liquitex airbrush medium and water. For the primer you can use acrylic all purpose sealer, or spray paint.

Hand punching the hair into silicon is a good idea. Dragon skin should work, one of the putty silicones or life casting ones could be applied easier. I like mohair instead of human for 1/6.
