You will need a fog chiller as well for that effect. Just a fog machine and the mist will fill the area due to the temp. You need to cool the fog to have it "crawl" you can make on from a cooler, some hose, clamps, pvc tubing, and dry ice. Try sezrching "fog chiller" to get proper steps to make...
