1:6 Darth Vader 3D Laser Scan & Print Project

In case anyone's interested in seeing what I need to do to clean up the geometry. The teeth gaps that still looks messy (to the left) has the whole inner edge separated, so it registers as unconnected. The issue comes from when I cut out that grill box shape on the inside of the face mask. I...

Thanks. I tried searching that site before and never really found anything... so appreciate the link. :)

Forgot to post the Orthographic view of the day over here as well. The LFS kit has the same set for both hands. Haven't checked if it is that way on the originals or they are mirrored. Sorry for the rough scans. I just did them quickly, without much worry, because I was planning to 3D model...

Anyone know if there are D-rings publicly available that is in size with a 1:6 scale lightsaber, or does it have to be custom made? Thickness - 0.5mm Hight - 3.904mm Width - 5.364mm

    1:6 Scale Terminator Endoskeleton

Forgot to post the latest ones here. Haven't been feeling well, so haven't done much. Spine 1 and 2, and 3. These castings are really warped so I wasn't sure if I should post them. If I ever find a scan of an accurate spine section I will post it here.

Because that was the one I was able to get help with learning how to use.

Got help from Aleksandar Stojanov to merge the new mesh into the grill mesh box I originally made, so now they are as good as I can make them.

The four grills rotated and aligned pr reference. Now I just need to trim them down and then boolean them into the grill shell box and then I'm finished. Gonna take a lot of work.

Realized a few days ago that I hadn't aligned the RotJ lower grill properly... but thought I didn't really want to mess with it to fix it. Then today, when helping someone else, I was told the RotJ grills were not the same style as ESB... so I will have to rework them after all. From now on I...

Next batch. This is not the LFS neck but another neck I had bought previously to buying my LFS kit. If people want to see the LFS split up and resized neck I can do that too. Though... I made the alterations based on visual aid, not measurements, so it may not be accurate. This is the solid...

    1:6 Scale Terminator Endoskeleton

3 more. I did not scan the rectangular piece as that is not an original SWS piece, but was sculpted for the T2:3D display endoskeletons. And I'll probably not show the spine pieces as I cannot find the original scans, but only my resized and re-shaped ones. So they wouldn't be accurate. Though...

Uncertain whether this warpage is on the production made endoskeleton. And I didn't remove the flashing from the casting process before scanning. Pelvis
