    1/6 Hot Toys - Batman v Superman - Batman (2.0) Collectible Figure

Me to…that test suit looks so good…I think Affleck gained a few pounds after those initial suit testing photos…

    1/6 Hot Toys - Batman v Superman - Batman (2.0) Collectible Figure

Despite my gripes, mainly the lack of definition of the suit except his abs and odd proportions, that cowl sculpt is pretty dang good..

    1/6 Hot Toys - Batman v Superman - Batman (2.0) Collectible Figure

Same. He was the least interesting part imo...I like how he starts off with this whole badass monologue about being fear and the shadows and whatnot then walks into street light clearly wearing tactical gear from army surplus and an Adam West black variant cowl and completely negates everything...

    1/6 Hot Toys - Batman v Superman - Batman (2.0) Collectible Figure

some things are an improvement…but I’ll wait for IA. Why does HT keep forgetting his entire suit was well defined, not just his abs? Is that an impossible thing to achieve?

Whoa…those feet are incredible! how’s the range of the toes? do they move up and down? Man…I may have to look into this..

Jurassic Park Collectible Thread (JP, TLW:JP, JPIII, JW, JW:FK)

Was shopping with my kiddo and saw the Hammond collection T rex and was blown away at how cool it was so I had to have it for myself…and now I’m on the verge of collecting JP figures again… I haven’t fully taken it out yet, I wanna save it for Christmas, but have been admiring it in the package...

InArt: The Lord of the Rings - Aragorn 1:6

Good points all around people. I think it’s mostly a matter of hair product and lighting. I just thought it odd that the rooted color matches to the sculpted version more in the protos than here. I know difference in materials matter but regardless, they should match decently well.

Right right. I definitely know lighting is a huge factor and we’re gonna see colors shift. It’s just a little odd that in the latest pics, there’s a wider range of value in the hair where as in the original proto its a darker and tighter value range, if that makes sense.

InArt: The Lord of the Rings - Aragorn 1:6

Although he’s looking incredible, my main concern is his hair color. In the latest images, in the promo images, his hair color was pretty consistent and a fairly dark color while in more recent images it seems lighter with globs of dark, probably from whatever product used for styling. Is anyone...

InArt: The Lord of the Rings - Aragorn 1:6

Compared to prior professional studio photos, I’d say lighting is definitely a factor.

InArt: The Lord of the Rings - Aragorn 1:6

Yeah it has a bluish hue here. In the movies it shifts from white to a slight blue depending on the scene. It is a grey shirt. You’re seeing the thread pattern, the unfortunate reality of sized down garments. if we want to get real nitpicky, his sleeves should flair out from the elbow and...

    InArt Thorin Oakenshield 1/6 Figure

Exactly my thoughts too, dude. Even though I wouldn‘t preorder Gimli anyway because of my strict check list ( I know I’m lame), I still think it‘s an odd choice that I would assume many (not all) LoTR fans would be disappointed in. It makes more sense to release the 3 hunters first then break up...

InArt: The Lord of the Rings - Aragorn 1:6

This is the only figure and perhaps ever that I have preorders for both versions for. Impulsive? Absofruitly. Regretful? Heck no. I value real art where people care for their craft and what Inart's doing is just that. Plus it'll be cool to show a pre and post Amon Hen set up.

Awesome demo. I didn’t realize there was thumb holes till now. I thought they missed that part.

Agreed. That's where it's most obvious and where it was lacking in other figure renditions. I'm glad it's implemented here.

InArt: The Lord of the Rings - Gandalf 1:6

Damn.….if they didn’t make his lip scar pronounced enough even when in shadow, that probably means they forgot to include that pimple on his left ass cheek…Alright I’m canceling my preorders…. In all seriousness tho, I get you. There’s always room for improvement. There’s also a point of...
