finally completed the background for the Moducase. Now all I need is a Riddler and Penguin to complete the display. Thinking of displaying Robin rope climbing up the brick wall

Joost just announced he's doing the 66 Batcycle next.
The 66 Batcycle always seemed a bit off to me, with all the white elements and the "Z" swoop, yet it was still an interesting design concept, with the launching sidecar element. Always wondered what it would look like all black, and the red pinstripes more like its Batmobile counterpart?
Some quick photophakery to try something different....

I was hoping for the batboat. Still, I'll get the batcycle, and whatever other 1966 stuff he makes. Hopefully, he'll get around to all of them.

.
I was hoping for the Batcave pieces ....
Is Jazz Inc. doing set props?
There is so much "stuff" there what would you want?
I imagine primarily basic stand alone elemnts
like the main console labeled "Bat Computer"

Or if doing props from above, the main desk with Batphone, with Shakespeare bust?

Or are you suggesting even more substantial whole set elements, like a portion of the wall with moving bookcase...

...and bellow the cave alcove, with the batpoles? I can't imagine doing anything much bigger.

Maybe the 66 signal

That looks great, and I especially like the psychedelic colours with the Joker in there.

Did you have to "upgrade" your Moducase to the 30KG enhancement to handle the Batmobile? I'm considering using DF 120's for my coming Ecto 1 and I worry about the weight. I wonder if the DF 120's need that upgrade to fit 10+ regular HT figures. I usually spread mine out, but I've considered adding more and making it a bit tighter. I usually put 8 per 120, but am considering 12.

Thanks! It is a standard Moducase, I think. It was my first one, but I am planing on getting another one for Ecto-1. my Moducase came with a 1/2" piece of wood for the base, which was covered in black velvet and I took that off and replaced it with a dark vinyl wallpaper instead to look like asphalt. I don't think the 66 batmobile is that heavy, or at least I think it weighs less that the HT Hulkbuster

Ecto-1 is on the heavy side (relative to other 1:6 vehicles) but in my opinion, the DF120 weight upgrade is unnecessary if you’re only displaying 1/6 figures or vehicles (of the plastic variety).

Like Bacon said, they’re not that heavy and the wood is pretty sturdy. But it you want to play it safe, buy the kit.

I recently got my first DF120 Moducases and the upgrade is basically just an extra middle support bar underneath the wood base (there are already 2 support bars) and 4 edge clamps you attach on the side.

Only heavy polystone, resin, silicone statues (1:4, 1:3, 1:1 busts) go in my MAX140 and MAX 140 Plus display cases, which support additional weight.

I have not properly set up my collection in the cases yet but I temporarily have both Delorean and Batmobile in one DF-120. No issues so far with weight.

That also looks great! I especially like your use of the sectioning using the shelf insert. Two 1/6 vehicles in one 120 seems totally doable if space is important.

I'm thinking a DF60 could easily fit and support a polystone statue like the Sideshow Legendary Yoda or premium Ahsoka. Those aren't particularly heavy, and as long as it's solitary, it shouldn't be an issue.

Is the 89 Batmobile much heavier than the Delorean?

We are definitely doing some elements of the bat cave next year! Who knows, maybe some of your other suggestions after that

I believe the Batmobile is heavier than the Delorean, not significantly but it does seem heavier (perhaps because it so much wider?).

This is my first foray into Moducase so I’m experimenting with different display options like the shelves.

I prefer a less cluttered display but the shelves maximizes the space.

Wow, I would love a '66 Batcave!
