What do you need?
It‘s really not that hard, BUT you either have a pair of HT boots ready or you need to accommodate for Sideshow‘s foot pegs. Those are much bigger than standard pegs.
Also, when swapping, consider using the HT pre-production helmet.

The body is floppy and poor. No way to hold a pose well in all honesty.

TBF, I'm not sure my knowledge is good enough, see I would have never thought of the foot pegs.
I'm like the guy who sold the dude in the video the figure and tried to customize it with no skills.

The body swap is complete. The proportions are much better now. The legs are just resting in the boots for now cause I need some HT ones. I think I might try to add a larger gauge of wire to the cape and kama later.

I think most everyone got the floppy body. For me, I was able to get a pose that looked good and held in place. It took more patience than it should've, but it wasn't a deal breaker. It's a really great figure otherwise...

The worst part is the cod piece and the red-belt-shash-thing and even those were fine. Just be patient with it. I really enjoyed it!
