I felt like it had to be but it’s not listed as a second cape. Hard to imagine the standard cape can achieve that clean look and shape.

Edit: I was wrong, it is listed as two capes.

– One (1) Batcape
– One (1) interchangeable Batcape (wired structure)

This looks incredible, a must buy. I'm hoping from the 'modern suit' naming it means they'll release those other suits from the armory. The blue and grey variant would be a dream come true. HT love repaints so fingers crossed.

I've only ever been lukewarm on Keaton as Batman.... this thing looks B.A., I'm going to have to think about this one.

Now the question is:
Is HT will release their 1/12 1989 original Batwing or skip for the Flash version…?

Maybe it's because I'm not english spoken, but for me CAMPY is 66 or Schumacher's movies.

I'm still thinking Returns is the darkest movie of all Batman's.

I don't like it!!

I don't like that 3 different face sculpts making him so expressive, it's scary.
I don't like that smiling face making it look like Batman is about to kick my butt.
I don't like that it includes a beautiful likeness of an aging Keaton/Wayne sculpt.
I don't like the design of the suit, making the armor blend perfectly with the fabric.
I don't like that the cape can be displayed to be gliding.
I don't like the base that looks so freaking awesome comes in with this figure.
I don't like that Cowl extra accessory.
I don't like that I really don't care how much it's going to cost me to get this.

Since I’m getting the 89 re-release and already have the Returns suit I’ll probably get this one as well.

That’ll make for a great display.





The Returns version already goes for so much now on the secondary market. I bet it goes for even more now when the movie comes out with collectors wanting one of every era/suit.

Should be pretty awesome when they’re all together. Especially that new 89 with the cathedral base is really going to stand out.

And who knows if they'll reissue it. 3 keaton batmans out at one time from hot toys seems a little excessive, might wait a bit to see if they'll announce a reissue and if not i will dive into the deep end of the aftermarket to get my hands on the 2 pack. Ik the bruce wayne is lacking, but honestly i still like it and just want to display him with the ripped cowl and head sculpt, and i also just remember seeing it and as old as it is i just still feel like i wanna get my hands on it even if there is better options, it's the one thats engraved into my mind so i just wanna get it if that makes sense

I'm seeing a little Walken in that unmasked sculpt. Could be the lighting. Still not my favourite Keaton suit, but HT did a fantastic job translating it to 1/6 scale. Definitely pre-ordering this.

Apart from the inevitable scale discrepancy. Hot Toys 1/6 figures will be 18'' tall by the time this comes out

I think the sculpt is great, but it looks like James Woods or an older Johnny Depp at certain angles, perhaps? Still waiting for Kara, she is where my money is…

Got to love that even in his own movie Flash is getting pushed aside for Batman

Instant buy for me, but to be fair, I was in even before I saw this incredible sculpt. Really excited to see Keaton on the screen again (just bought my tickets for the 15th). I don't need an Affleck from this movie, but I'm sure he's coming, too. It would be absolutely hilarious if they didn't make a Flash figure from his own movie.

I’m curious what the first edition exclusive means in terms of that cowl piece. Is this figure going to be available longer than other releases as of late but the exclusive is timed or what?

This looks absolutely incredible, but I hope the pants aren't really made out of pleather .

I never understood campy as an insult. Yeah, the Burton films are camp and I'd still take them over a lot of other DC movies because they're awesome.

This figure looks amazing. Will definitely cop.
