Like you and other friends said, using real leather do costumes for onesixth figure has many factors need to be considered.
Other than the one I shown in my post (finished last month)
I would like to try make it better (including adding back print, fitting, etc.)

I would post the final one when I finish.

Did some quick and easy mods today on my Claire to get her proportions a bit more accurate and natural looking.

1. Shortened her legs by grinding off about 5mm using a dremel and gave her shorter pegs. I felt that her lower legs were just a bit to long.
2. Padded her upper abdomen area to make her "ballistics" stand out a bit less and overall give it a more realistic and better proportioned look.

Just got my replacement jacket from giantoy and it looks good. No peeling marks as of yet that I see, and it feels less bulky. Hopefully it fits on the figure better than the last one

Update:it was easier to put on and take off, and feels more durable. It also looks less bulky and blown out than before.Giantoy is the GOAT,thanks to them I can now have both Claire and Leon posed together after such a long wait between the two releases

Just a quick note, I got Regular and Classic Claire from Sideshow, I think the jacket on the Regular is a bit smaller and tighter fitting than the original imported version I have, and it now curves over her hips instead of being straight like before. Both the new Regular and the Classic have lighter hair, eyebrows and lipstick than my imported Regular Claire. The Classic has lighter lipstick and eyeliner than both of my Regulars. Also, my Classic has the misprinted words on the back of the vest, but I don't think I care enough to ask for a replacement lol. Sorry no pics, I think I learned I'm not a good photographer lol

Both Claire figures are up on BBTS they have 5 Classic and 2 Remake ones available.
I went to the website randomly earlier today and also saw Classic Leon was up, guess someone cancelled PO as only 1 was available so jumped on him. I wasn't able to get remake one and prices are too high rn so I'll be happy with the classic look, I like bright blue costume more anyway. I guess I need to PO classic Claire right? While Remake one has fancier outfit I don't think she will display well with classic Leon.

Toy Anxiety broke down both Claire’s managed to get some extra parts.

Does anyone have trouble zipping her jacket back up to the original height it was zipped before unzipping? In case it's true the jackets from the newer waves have tailoring improvments, I have the Claire from the release wave from late July this year. Not sure if there's a difference in which batch release jacket is easier to zip up.
