Yeah it's not fully "accurate" but it's my ideal look for him. I never liked his awkward flat bowl cut once he went Jedi and the hair they did for Mando just made it worse imo. It having some flare or wind to it makes it better.
That looks great, looking forward to more shots. This combination is what Bespin Luke essentially will be, right?Got him in today. Still need to unpack everything but I'm really liking the sculpt with the Snowspeeder hair sculpt the best. Will keep the stock hair piece in the box most likely. Will get him setup properly tomorrow and mess around with everything included. Also need to remove that white scarf from the sculpt.
The shop I ordered from says he will be in stock end of June. I'm really looking forward to seeing this sculpt in hand!

Snowspeeder pilot hair on this Luke is a nice combination. I think my favorite is still the original ROTJ Luke hair piece with the new Mando Luke sculpt.
ROTJ hair still looks close to the mando one to me. And this is why I love the more disheveled look of the snowspeeder hair. C'mon SS, send me the darn shipping notice already!

Decided to try another little mod considering the lightsaber will be spending 99% of it's time unlit. I ordered some acrylic rods and sanded it down a little and polished it at the ends to give it the lightsaber tip.
It is a bit thicker than the original but at least I can tell it's a green saber now when displayed with the LED off. Looks cool when the light hits it right.

Mine was literally just delivered. Can't wait to get home and dive in. I've been waiting on this figure for so long, and this is the one that got me back into collecting. Its gonna be glorious!

That’s my take as well…I’m going to use the previous Jedi Luke HT hair on this new Mando sculpt ..of course everything is always different in hand when I see it with the naked eyes ..so who knows maybe in hand the shorter hair sculpt might look great but I’m glad we have the luxury to swap hair pieces with this Mando Luke headSnowspeeder pilot hair on this Luke is a nice combination. I ordered the deluxe "exclusive" sometime last month also. Had the standard Pre-ordered day 1 but once it charged late last month and declined they canceled it. Thankfully I'm glad to be getting at least the deluxe with the destroyed Dark trooper.
