NEXT Mars Toys BATMAN Figure...?

Hoping they go as deep as possible with the 1966 line. I have such great memories of running home from elementary school to watch this in the mid 1970’s. A shelf of Joker, Riddler, Penguin, Catwoman, Freeze, Mad Hatter, Tut and Batgirl would be a dream.

I’m hoping for a big run of 66 characters. Most are unlikely but…

I’d even buy king tut

I have zero female figures in my collection, but I would gladly break that streak with either a Julie Newmar catwoman or a Yvonne Craig batgirl. Preferably both

I just hope Mars is not becoming HT, a company that teases product they will never produce… just to show what they’re able to do…

My guess is 60s Riddler or Penguin for next pre-order. I do hope we see their first female figure soon.

A number of Michelle Pfeiffer variants they could do and I'd buy them all. Clean and battle damaged Catwoman figures and hopefully at least one Selena figure.

Mars seems to like variants for those "completists". Just look at Romero Joker. They also showed the 'Ziggy Stardust' Riddler head for Carrey.

I see two obvious variants each for Pfeiffer Catwoman and DeVito Penguin.

I would love to see Mech-Freeze as well as Robed Freeze with Polar bear slippers.

I just want a Batman Begins 1/6 scale figure that doesn’t need to be rubbed down to get rid of extra shininess and put an overpriced custom head on it to get rid of the trash stock head damnit.
Maybe Mars toys are our only hope. Inart is probably going to do ANOTHER Dark Knight Batman THAT HAS BEEN DONE TO DEATH.

Poising Ivy and Bane Darling from The Batman and Robin movie.

I wanna see Jack Napier, Bob The Goon from Batman. Max Shreck, The Skull Motorcycle Terror Clown from Batman Returns. And of course Commissioner Gordon - Pat Hingle.

Dying for a penguin Devito figure.

I am really rooting for Mars to continue their success. Like most here, Hot Toys has bored & disappointed me for the past several years with their offerings. I hope we see Gorshin Riddler (already in development), Meredith Penguin (already in development), Newmar Catwoman, Craig Batgirl, Preminger Freeze, Carey Riddler (already in development), & TLJ Two-Face from Mars. I prefer to see JazzInc make Pfeiffer Catwoman & Devito Penguin since they want to give figures a try. I think those two would be adequate challenges for them. While Mars has really impressed me with the Romero Joker, Jazz's 66 Batmobile is museum worthy so I would love to see them do those two as perfectly as possible. Batman and Robin is my least favorite of the Batman franchise so I am not sure I would pick anything up from that movie.

I’m hoping InArt are reading posts like this… they will do a Dark Knight suit, it’s obviously going to happen, but with the recent DX19 which has been widely well received compared to the Begins 1.2 (being kind) that was not I’d be looking at knocking the HT offering off the table before tackling the suit from the sequels.

They’d have my money for that if they did it!

As for Mars… Returns Catwoman, wouldn’t match perfectly with the 89 that’s coming next year but close enough. I just worry about how well that type of suit would match up at the price point!

Hopefully some 66 items like riddler and newmar catwoman are next. The 66 line is my favorite thing right now, especially with hot toys only doing one or two ot Star Wars a year.

Yeah, I could go for any of those.

I suspect an Uma Thurman Poison Ivy could be a strong possibility, because Mars Toys have hinted at her in comments, and also she seems like an easier figure to make in terms of her costume. I imagine making Michelle Pfieffer's shiny latex catsuit, or Yvonne Craig's glittery purple catsuit, would be much more complex than Poison Ivy's bodice/tights combo.

That would be great if we get an Uma Poison Ivy at some point.

I’d also like an Alicia Silverstone Batgirl.

Vicki Vale (Kim Bassinger) will probably never happen but I’d love to add her to my 89 Batman collection.

I’ve seen a good Vicki custom before but I guess the closest we’ll get of her is the white high heel Hot Toys included on the base of the Batman 89 reissue Deluxe edition.
