That looks absolutely stunning. I am going to be putting mine up on the wall this weekend. How is the canopy holding up? Does it stay on pretty good In that position? There are no magnets holding it on so I am a little concerned it might fall off.

I used the double sided tape that came with for canopy, just use a little bc too much will make it impossible to get off.

Looks great! (y)

How was it to mount? Did you mount that by yourself, or did you have help?
I held it and my wife screwed it in I didn’t have the wings in at mounting. Was super easy to do just measure from the drill plan and use metal anchors which I actually got from Amazon I also use for my floating shelves. Cheers 🍻

So in that picture you have the batwing connected to the speaker arms. The pose you have it in looks like its flying upwards at an angle. I want to have it in the opposite way on a table. Are the speaker arms able to use it as like a stand for that pose? The lego batmobile picture I attached in my previous comment is how i want to display it. It kinda looks like your speaker arm method might work for that pose.
I understand now. Yes, it can be posed the other way where it looks like it's flying down with this wallmount arm.

I finally got it out of the box this past weekend and put together.

Some pictures of the cockpit area, which is, IMO, dripping with awesome sauce.

For reference, the table it's sitting on is 40"x58".

I plan on mounting this up on a wall above my desk, but I'm waiting on the strongholddisplays mount to arrive in a couple of weeks. As others have said, I would also be extremely nervous about mounting this on a wall without all the reinforcement offered by some type of metal mount. Not to say the delivered legs aren't up to the job, but it's all in what you're comfortable with supporting this beast.

Congrats DiFabio! Would love to see a dedicated Burton Batman wall with everything there is so far.

I'm simultaneously jealous and relieved that I didn't end up getting it. I really do have the mother of all space issues at this point. Perhaps if I'd dealt with it previously I could have justified the Batwing but it's all still to do.

Had to hold off on displaying this beauty for the past few months due to a damn back injury. Now, After having back surgery(Microdiscectomy) 3 weeks ago and feeling great, I've been eager to get it mounted which I finally did. I'm still supposed to be taking it easy and not lift anything heavy, so I mounted it starting with the cockpit section first then adding one wing at a time. Anyway, here are a couple pics of the batwing mounted to my wall using the heavy duty speaker mount I bought on Amazon. I'm not liking the spot where it's mounted now and will move it to another wall especially since I need to finish reorganizing this room but in the meantime I just wanted to see how it looks and how the speaker mount held up, which is very well.
