Holy **** I'm laughing so hard at this. So instead of upgrading the DX19 fully to the best of their ability, you know, the THIRD time they've done this suit.. they instead save it for the ******* Armory + Bruce Wayne statue pack? The pack that will probably cost $500-$600+?



Hot Toys is truly something. Bravo. Truly the company that cares about it's consumers, who they treat like clowns.

I think the sculpt is an accurate representation of how DX19 owners must be feeling right now.

The empty cowl looks really funky imo

While this is a pretty interesting upgrade and one that is welcomed, the timing is definitely going to upset a lot of people who so recently got the DX19.

Having Bale in Civi attire is interesting, I guess those arms are fixed looking at how it is molded.

I wonder what @OT_Customs_ thinks of the new Batsuit for this set.

Curious what OT_customs thinks about this, accuracy and all.

Was literally thinking HT were giving us a Phicen type body like Banes but full seamless to be able to pose around. But at least as a statue it will still get the job done as a display piece.

I’m fine with the Bruce figure essentially being a statue. In this look I wouldn’t feel the need to pose him differently.

I’m not giving free advice on the cowl especially since they’re not showing it yet.

Their new neck looks like Howard showed someone pictures of mine and punched them a few times and told them to copy it. I know we’re both copying the same source material but it’s crazy they didn’t get it right for over a decade then I make a popular one and theirs is basically the same approach. We don’t know what the articulated neck for the cowled head will look like yet, curious to see if that’s the same or different to allow more freedom of movement.

I’m not a fan of that Bale sculpt as it stands. It’s off in an unsettling way. It looks like someone wearing a highly detailed Bale mask. Kinda looks like MTG.

The new shoulder pads are shrinks of the QS001 pads which are better than the garden shovels on the DX19 but still not accurate.

The accurate collar Kevlar, new gauntlets, and more accurate opening at the back of the neck are the best improvements IMO. A lot of the other armor plates appear unchanged from the DX19.

I feel like it’s no accident that Hot Toys pushed this out so close to when InArt released their Joker and in such a short span of time since the DX 19…

This head sculpt looks weird. Like it doesn't look human. It looks like an alien wearing a Bale mask. The bone structure is really weird.

Looks like MTG, idk a better way to explain it.

Tempted by the armory and Bruce figure/statue. Less so the new Batman but having this is a specific Rises Batman and the DX19 to pose with Joker works I guess.

Hot Toys really does like their weird Bale mouth expressions.

Why can't they do the same thing for ANH characters ? (Farm boy Luke, Han + Chewie, old Ben and white princess Leia Leia) I missed out almost on everything due to not to not collecting at that time.
