I think Jye should travel to Samuel L Jacksons house, knock on the door and tell him that Kelleran Beq was way more badass than Mace Windu. Put Jacksons reaction on a FB Reel or something.

*munching popcorn*

He would just do a slight mod to a Jules Winnifield line: "I don' give a damn is he is!"

That whole episode gave me PT vibes…..it felt childish and cheap.

From production to design it was just bad.

The designs of the PT were at least a somewhat redeeming quality for that train wreck. This seems like a child fan service episode.

So many stupid things. The length at which they went to for explaining the Dragon and why they had to attack it the way they did was plain stupid.

It was like they had a “rescue” episode planned but couldnt figure out how to make it work.

The exposition was laughable, PT level dumb.

I'm not a super critical person but it did feel like they really padded that last episode out for the wrong reasons. Like you're going to tell me the kid survived in the food nest for two days completely fine? And we can't use the jetpacks because the dragon will hear and immediately eat him?

Which was great because they got up there and the dragon wasn't even "there" (and then surprised them). So they just scaled a cliffside for half a day for no reason.

I still love the show but I kinda rolled my eyes at some of those end parts.

This is just me: the idea of a whole clan of Mandos living next to a lake with a mosasaur in it, and they have not yet killed this menace to fishing, boat travel and youngling helmeting ceremonies is just laughable. This thing comes up on the beach to try and grab people....? That animal would be dead, and then they would host a giant barbecue. This is the Way.

The idea of a whole clan of jetpack-wearing Mandos letting a pterodactyl pick off their children one by one, and they let that creature live is: laughable. These people are some of the most ferocious and best-armed of the galaxy, I decry the incompetence displayed by these television Mandos.

Remember how Mereel Skirata used to walk around wearing a pair of gloves made out of Kaminoan skin, just as a flex? Pep'ridge Fahm remembers. Remember Pre Vizsla fighting a SITH LORD to the death, and he almost won?! Pep'ridge Fahm remembers that, too.

This show tells us that Mandalorians are great skilled warriors but it shows us they are dumb fools who end up getting themselves killed.

Seasons 1 and 2 were a mixed bag of amazing, stupid, meh, cringe and cool with lots of filler but there was enough there that each season could be edited down into a fantastic movie (please someone with the editing skills, make that happen). Season 3 however has doubled down on the the stupid writing and bad dialogue to the point that I am ready to throw it in with TBOBF and Kenobi. Which is sad because I actually thought that season 3 would be where the show would actually get good!

I've been very forgiving of Season 3 up to now -- the flaws are glaring but I'm allowing it while it leans into something kinda goofy from a simpler time. Problem is ... it's definitely getting sloppy and I'm not sure I'm gonna stick with it both out of pragmatism and principle. My time is valuable and I don't want to pay for bad content.

Tomorrow could be the decider.
