I canceled my Ada order. I'll wait for in-hand pics and might order again if she turns out better than Claire.
 
I'm a bit worried about Ada Wong now too but she's my waifu I'll hold onto the pre order
Also don't think she has any leather involved

Yeah I like the Claire figure too. It just could have (should have) been much better. Dont really regret buying her. I had the locomotive girl and thought "yeah that will do" at that time but damn it was a bad figure in compare.

That reminds me, if they make RE4R Leon, he'll have a leather jacket...

I'm just not that confident in Dam's quality after this, Ada has a seamless body, or at least torso, I hope they don't cheap out on the material.

I don’t think that will be an issue since Leon’s jacket in RE4R is very thick and baggy in game unlike Claire’s thin Jacket and I know for me personally I prefer Leon’s look without the jacket.

If an RE4R Leon figure was to happen what accessories is everyone hoping for?
 
Don't know where to even start with weapons, but if he came with some of the treasures that would be fun. And chicken eggs.
 
Mines came in today, not had a chance to properly faff with it but can confirm it does have the jacket print defect.

Not actually that bothered to be honest, I was going to display her without the jacket anyway. 0/10 terrible figure Damtoys are awful, though.

Seamless isn't really the right term... that implies articulated with no seams, but they have no articulation at all. The alternate legs Dam included are just solid plastic. They look nice enough but I'd prefer to actually have knee joints so haven't swapped mine over.
 
Dam... they really dropped the ball with the quality on these Claire Redfield figures. I mean we already new about the legs, but both jackets are pretty crappy.

Yeah I knew they weren’t articulated. Was just curious if they looked like trash or not lol. I’ll probably just pass on all of these now. They’re charging way too much for the quality they are delivering.

Fair enough! I had forgotten myself that they were just solid legs so was pretty disappointed when she arrived. Plus mine has the misprinted vest. She also arrived the same day as the Mars 66 Joker so that didn't help Claire at all.

That vest issue is crazy.. Between that and the leather jacket with the other one, QC doesn’t exist at damtoys!
 
Claire isn't my favorite RE character, so she's an easy skip for me, but I feel bad for her fans. This is probably the only licensed 1/6 she'll ever get.
Maybe if Capcom remakes Code Veronica she could get another figure, but they seem to be skipping that game with the remakes.
 
It's not the absolute best QC but honestly, I'm pretty happy with mine. Overpriced, sure, could be better, definitely, but I don't regret getting her.
