Probably not finalized but am I the only one that thinks Harry’s hair looks kind of odd? Sculpt looks good.

Hard to tell without better light and a proper contrasting background.
But Henry's hair looks pretty good.

His hair varied from long and floppy gelled back to short and gelled. It's fine.

Tommy is bought regardless but I would like them to take feedback before rushing them into production. The Doctor needed work but he was released anyway.

Hey for those that have received their Seven of Nine, can you confirm that the stitch on her outfit is all like this? She looks almost as if there’s a small hole in her chest
Not normal at all…mine doesn’t have anything like that. Sorry about that.

Henry looks pretty good so far. But I sure hope that Tim Paris is a very early proto.
Like that early Jadzia we got a peek at that was...suboptimal.

I'm in the same boat, as I'll buy Mr. Paris regardless, but I'm hoping he goes back to the drawing board. In all of the other blurry figure head sculpt teases, the sculpts have at least looked promising...*

*Disclaimer... This is in no way an attack on Nanjin, the sculptor, the EXO-6 factory workers, or the general population of Hong Kong. This is said with love and respect, only as one man's opinion in this ever-changing world.

Here's a pic of mine. There is a small depression there it looks like. I feel as though yours looks a little more pronounced. Maybe it's the lighting difference between the pics that makes me feel that way..
Thank you, I’m having a terrible time with them on this.

It's one of those things I wish I could unsee now. I never really noticed or thought about it til I saw a post on it and now my eyes keep going there... lol
Bothers me endlessly and I’m getting no help. I tried messaging via the Facebook page and received the most insulting reply back.

Thanks, this has been a nightmare, I’ve had zero help from the company. I doubt I’ll ever buy direct again. At least with Sideshow and BBTS they have a customer service department that answers and handles defects. I’ve all but been told through a message on their Facebook page that I’m out of luck. They accused me of not understanding how sixth scale figures are manufactured and that this was an acceptable variation as no two items are the same.

Yikes. In my opinion there is a very, very fine line between a production defect and a production “variation.”
My criteria is that if I need the “variation” pointed out to me…it is probably just that, a variation…if as soon as I see the picture or product my eyes immediately zoom into the “variation” then it’s probably a defect.
Your figure fell into the latter and I immediately saw that issue and wouldn’t be able to unsee it…so in my opinion - defect!

I'm sorry you're feeling insulted by them. I wish you the best in getting to a resolution. I havent and probably won't bring it up to them. It didn't bother me before I looked so I'm guessing (hoping) with some time I'll forget about it again.

Thank you. They are doubling down and I’ve had to open a case with PayPal. I have been only asking for an exchange. The only response that I have received to this by the way has been through PayPal and an exchange through messenger prior to the opening of the case on Facebook that went sideways almost immediately. There appears to be zero customer service on their end outside of shipping.

This is the reply I received when I questioned their assessment that there was nothing wrong with the item.

From the pictures I’ve seen from other posters, yours definitely has a noticeable “variation”.

The customer service is disappointing. I get that the figure was oversold and they likely don’t have replacements but the dismissive tone being taken when these items cost a small fortune isn’t acceptable.

I’ve exclusively ordered through BBTS to avoid this type of hassle should an issue arise.

An apology would be nice at least…instead they are gaslighting you…very disappointing.
They are probably not going to be able to replace the figure unless they had the foresight to keep a few extras on hand in case issues arise, but I do not believe that they employ that practice, so they probably could not exchange it even if they wanted to, but maybe a credit toward a future purchase at least would lessen the sting a little.
