One of his recent posts has tried to add a bit of context, saying delays of up to 6 months are really common in the industry and barely count as delays, asking people to start complaining only after that period. 😜

It may be true that delays of up to 6 months are really common in the “industry”.
But, just maybe, the continuous use of the phrase “Warp Speed” needs to be dialed back just a bit.
That phrase is entirely made up. Do people think it has some special meaning? It's basically, "We're firing on all cylinders." The cylinders don't actually exist.

I'm just sitting back, waiting for the figures I want to pop up, and grateful that someone is doing what no one else could or would do. I can't say I blame Nanjin for trying to keep things pumped up since some of these are "in stock" on a couple of sites.

Chakotay charging next week/ Locutus next month/ then Quark the month after/ add Archer and then other PO drops from DSN Next Gen, TOS and STWOK and watch your wallets crumble…

I pre ordered Chakotay Oct 6 2022, got my final billing today. From pre order to in hand by early April is pretty good IMO
Yeh the turn around is stellar (no pun intended) it almost makes me wish I had been collecting Voyager past Janeway (still considering risking my sanity by picking up Paris and Torres and risking wanting to go back - might just stick with Janeway).

Nanjin still considers this late oddly.

Is April now when Archer is expected? The last ETA update I saw posted he was slated for this month (not that a couple of weeks will bother me).

Archer is on PO that I skipped. My post is really pure speculation based on the order these figures went up for pre order and the time line that EXO 6 has delivered on with past figures. (7-9 was the longest delay I believe from tease to release—fyi on her shipping box her sku# is EXO-6 001!)

Get over it for God's sake man. No wonder he left here.
It's not just semantics but too much focus on specific language may miss the point. It's the difference between complaining about stuff that can't be changed and complaining about things that might have viable solutions with suggestions as to those viable solutions.

Of course, the majority of consumers don't actually know what is and isn't possible but might accidentally stumble across a viable idea in the course of general moaning.

Plus you can't please all of the people all of the time.

He only wanted you to think he'd left. Still had a pair of dirty old socks to resort to, which were washed and hung out to dry - you may remember his Facebook posts in reference to that.

This old place must still have held an attraction because he created a new pair of socks.

Any producer who can't admit constructive criticism is never going to fit in. I think he's a lot happier in his echo chamber on Facebook anyway, since he can't praise himself here via duplicate accounts any more.

I think I can attribute this character for destroying my interest in Star Trek. So I should be grateful for that at least. :lol

N's new facebook post is about how 'constructive criticism' does not exist. That explains a lot regarding his reactions to feedback.

Ah - redefining what words and phrases mean, in order to promote your reasoning - I've been seeing that a lot over the last few years :)

.

You guys are making him sound like Alec Peters - he doesn't appear to be able to handle criticism on any level either (runs and hides in a nebula).
