Ha ha! Yes, the leather chaps are indeed correct in terms of screen accuracy. Now all he needs is his 1/6 buddy "The Golden Youth" to go with the bike...
I swear to god, if I were still collecting and they made the Golden Youth I would buy it without hesitation to go with Wez! :yess:
For the longest time I only saw the movie in crappy betamax tapes recorded from HBO, and it wasn't until much later that I realised the Golden Youth was not a girl... it was an interesting discovery. :lol

Actually if you had Wez and the Golden Youth on their bike, Max, dog and the Interceptor all in 1/6 you would have one seriously cool diorama. That scene in the movie of Max just watching them...unsure if Wez will attack was one I always found really nerve wracking!

Got a feeling his clothing will disintegrate in a few years :exactly: At least I can say I once had a Wez in my collection. :lol
I dunno, I always think the pleather disintegration is mainly caused by handling and where its displayed.

Some people have super acidic sweat.

Also overly dry conditons exosts in many home due to the”mold scare” tactics used the last 10 years.

I have quite a few “troubled” figures that are flawless after a decade.

Yeah tbh only a few of my figs have had the problem. Obviously my Terminator Belts have all crumbled, Salvation John Connor Jacket, Art Figures Dredd and my Aldo Raine satchel outer covering completely disintegrated.

Oddly, I have never, ever had an issue with pleather disintegrating. My worst breaking-down problem was the dome on ED-209. Would still like to get a replacement dome.

I need those really high shoulder pads for the right look.

Oooo -- SpeedX says mine is out for delivery in just 5 days from Kit! Impossible?
Without seeing the figure in person, it's a bit hard to work out entirely, but I've come up with something in in my head using thermal plastic sheet and extending them up higher, then covering it with a similar material. It looks like there's a visible join already at the top of the shoulders to help with too.

Still surprised there's no more images surfacing by now..

Yeah, its still very drip drip in terms of pics, no vids Ive seen, from the few pics it looks pretty good imo, maybe a fun little project to get it looking really top notch. No doubt someone will put it on a Phicen body, will be interesting to see what upgrades people do to the fig.

Indeed. He's not even muscular, to be honest.
It's all in the shoulder pads.

Yeah gonna need to work this one. Body is definitely way too small….

I think everything will need some work….its not a disaster, but its a drop from proto to be sure….

Wor wins the contest!

Now Wor, get to posting more details.
