Depends one what you think is easy really  I mean, I thought it was easy, but I've also taken apart quite a few HT PERS systems. If you've done that before, and thought it was easy, then it's exactly the same. It will also be easier if you have the sculpted hair as the rooted hair makes it feel more delicate to work around, at least for me. I didn't want to accidentally mess up any of the rooted hair, so I was being extra cautious.

The QC issues seem to be really in large number from what Im seeing 🤦🏻 Im worried now and I will do thorogh inspecting when I get him. The worst one I saw so far is the loose head inside the jar.

Also. Someone will be getting a proper jokor with two right arms and two purple coat heads
Eh from what I've seen the issues with this Joker don't come close to what's happening with the DeLorean right now. And I'm still far more worried about that.

Having spent more time last night reposting this beauty I'm really in love with it. Glad InArt came along instead of me having to resort to thousands of dollars thrown at customs for this guy.
Also people are crying what about the magnetic stand?? People need to learn to balance and pose these things proper. You are spending the money do some work to make them look good in the display! 😆

I opened my figure yesterday, what a comically large box!

The nose on one of my sculpts looked like it had a massive paint rub (which doesnt make sense because the bubble it was in was so protective). I sent a pic of Kit and he said he would contact them. I am thankful for great vendors like Kit helping out customers!

Just recieved my magnets that were missing with my figure today. As I feared though, InArt sent me 2 of the same magnet when I needed 2 different kinds, there is no way to "make it work" as its the completely wrong shape for one. I'm at a crossroad for what I want to do. I'm unsatisfied with the quality control from InArt but I feel bad for pestering Kit about more parts as he likely already got his hands full.

I will say none of the fault here falls on Kit, he has been amazing to work with in this process (as always).

Was it hard?
Not in the slightest. 4 screws to take the single handle/stick out, then pull the eyes/connecting arm out.

You might be able to grab from the inside with tweezers or needle nose pliers and pull, or what I did which was to make the eyes look fully down revealing a bit of eyeball we'll never see, then used my fingernail on the outside to push them in.

Then you just take the eyes out of that connecting arm and bingo, two eyes on sticks to control as you see fit.

Didn't futz much but just played with it right out of the box. I just rolled my eyes opening the shipper box. Haven't checked for any QC issues but I'm pleased so far. I like accuracy for details but I really don't comb through every detail as I'll leave that to those here that are more adept and have more patience to do it.

Which leads to the question..... for $1000 why are we having to deal with this? 🤦
Easy answer. Because they rushed to get it out to their originally started release quarter.
I can visualise a warehouse of people sprinting to get through the magnets in the shoes, the costumes and the packing.

When I get Batman I think I’m just going to use a crotch grabber. The magnetic base is a cool idea but with the issues Joker is having unless InArt improves the magnets in the bases and feet I don’t trust it to not take a nosedive off my shelf and have something break.

For anyone interested in turning PERS eyes into two stick moveable ones, this video lays it out. Not terribly hard, but understandably frustrating for those who don’t want to mess with a $1000 toy.

The wonky eyes is a silly mistake it should of been 2 sticks not 1. Also those taking pers apart how easy is it to align and put the stick back in?

Pictures would be awesome if possible?

The community put this company on an instant pedestal, forgetting that this was their first foray into the scale. These QC issues show a ton of rookie mistakes that hopefully inart can learn from ( like ridiculous sized packaging).

Hopefully this will humble expectations for future releases.

No issues for me. People just need to learn how to balance a figure and futz. I managed to balance him and hold a pose with the magnetic stand with only one foot. Any body having their figures fall because they dont know how to place a figure on a base properly might want to stick with statues.

So if you do it manually the eyes can move separatly?
