I noticed this as well this weekend.
I think it's intentional, since his left lapel (our right) should be lifted up and separated from the coat when doing the grenade pose. He basically grabs his coat by the lapel when he reveals the grenades.
ahhh that makes sense! Thanks!

That's news to me, about the lapel.

Better spread the word. I can see many, many future posts complaining: I pulled the magnet but torn my lapel -- it's not a magnet!

So Joker's left lapel is a magnet, but Joker's right lapel is stitched into position

I do wonder why they didn't just do both lapels with a magnet. They're kind of cheap with magnets. Are magnets highly sought after in China?

I would say the only thing I truly hate about this set is the tie, but that may be because my fat fingers can’t get it to be tight again lol. Clothing is insanely good, magnets are nice but still not perfect. Not sure I’ll keep him on magnetic stand but seems sturdy enough. Still not sure I need the jail setup and second figure, but def glad I got him. No plans on upgrading anything except maybe getting a tie that’s less a pain in my arse lol.

I dislike the purple coat more and more as I look at this figure. The grenade holsters poke through and don't allow the jacket to sit that great, and the little creases around the bicep area look unsightly. If the Topo set turns out as good as the promo pics ill definitely be making the switch.

I think with the horrible way they did the base magnets it would have been better to just sculpt the shoes with the base

Use tweezers for the tie. And be careful it looks to me like his feet are too close Im not sure if the magnets are that close. I will not be comfortable to use that base because the last thing I want is to find my rooted joker on the ground one day with a chip on his nose

The grenade holster definitely doesn’t help it sit flat.

I used tweezer…still brutal lol. Ended up messing the end of the tie strap up, but a dab of gel glue made all better. Still couldn’t get it tight enough but it works enough for me. I’m not a fan of magnet base and opted for regular crotch holder instead. I’ll make something with magnets down the road when I have time. Great idea but execution isn’t for me. Still a great first release.

I agree about this but I will have him in the grenade pose anyway I think its the best look. But if not then I think it is better to get another coat

Anyone in Australia received him yet? If so who did you buy with and did you have to pay customs on that monstrosity.
I don't think anyone in Australia will recieve it for a looooong time. Unless they ordered internationally. I ordered with sugo, and they have a fixed shipping rate

Got the figure today. What an amazing piece. The paint apps and the tailoring are top notch and the rooted hair with the product that Inart applied to it looks great a requieres no futzing. As many have said, dealing with the tie was a little nerve wracking but a little patience will get you there.

I’ve only set up the jail cell version so far. Will pose the other figure tomorrow. Really happy with the final product.

That’s kinda crazy, do you have to send a pic to prove it’s done like you’re a hit man?
Yes, I did. I took video too just in case. :lol I was going to post the aftermath but I didn't want someone with a nefarious mindset to use it as evidence that they destroyed theirs.

Inart's solution to my doubled sculpt problem was to destroy one and then they'd send the correct one. I chose a wheel grinder. While fun to do, it also hurt my soul a bit. :lol

Watermark the photo and share with us. It will become a classic photo... so shared, no one will ever be able to use it.
