thats what i interpret too. ill **** myself if that's final final product. too good to be true. does raise into question. kit has this release slated Q2, HT slated Q2 but spec has it listed Q4 eta
Because Q2 was its original release date. I imagine them having to re-do the cowl, Wayne sculpt and cape + getting it approved by Warner Bros pushed it back a bit.

Also their wording on that message definitely refers to it meaning that it's the final version of the prototype. As in they won't be tweaking the figure any further, not that what you're seeing the final production version.

No it's the final version of the prototype meaning they are happy with it won't be any adjusting anything further, this is the piece that will go into mass production. If it was final product they would have stated something among the lines up "production sample, final sample/product".

Anyone knows when the said convention is? Cause if it's summer then probably we're gonna be looking at a Q4 release for this guy
Thanks bro I really appreciate your detailed response 🙂

My seller has it listed as Q2/Q3 this year. So my guess is that the first small batch gets released late Q2 or early Q3? then the rest get rolled out after

I'm worried more about the box than the actual figure 😂😅🤭

Curious that they still ask for feedback in their update post "As always, let us know your thoughts"
But yeah, considering that this should be ready for Q2, there's no more time for working on additional updates

Engagement is the life-blood of social media. They don't care what anyone says; they just want comments and likes.

I did not need to know this :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Nice that they're opening until September, gives me time to really think about it. I was going to just wait on the DCEU trinity (or even the new DCU stuff) but he looks so good!
Right? When I saw Kit still has him available I knew it was destiny lol I love Ben Affleck as Batman most, however I think Robert looks very good and unique,so does the figure,so didn't pass on him lol Very excited for Snyder's Trinity reveal, especially for my boy Superman!

Saw this in another forum. While there hasn't been an updated version of this yet. Looking at it again now really puts into perspective how much of an upgrade in likeness the new sculpt is.

Added the new one for comparison. I’m probably going to style his hair where his forehead is showing more like the pictures. His mouth expression matches the first left picture a lot.

This will be the most ‘fair’ comparison between the two companies unlike comparing IA Joker to DX11.

IA’s IT looks like it’s going to utterly embarrass HT’s efforts but we need a good, human face sculpt and complex, mixed media outfit (and a cape!) to really highlight the two company’s differing approaches. We can even compare Bat signals.

HT knows they have nothing to hide behind and no excuses with this release, (except for a slight price difference between the two standard versions) which is why they’ve been throwing updates and upgrades at it like never before.

I ordered the standard IA for $380 from Kit, if I were to get the standard HT from Sideshow it would cost me $347 after all the fees (not even factoring that Kit will double box and Sideshow wont unless I give them even more money) so to me, theres little to no price difference.

Damn, thinking about Sideshows ridiculous shipping prices overseas (and domestic), the IA release is probably the cheaper option, how about that.
