It is once again the only one I'd use. Still no mean-face seems odd - didn't he pull any ''fighting'' expressions in the '89 movie?

Also looks like a onesie rubber suit again. Difabio will be disappointed by that.

I wish we knew more about the cape; in the back image down at the lower right corner of the overview image it looks like the same black trashbag they included with the original, but in the rest of the images it's clearly not. I wonder if it's properly wired now, and if it still includes the rods required to pull off that wings spread pose.

Does anyone else think the sheen on the cape is wrong? Looks almost velvet in some of these images instead of matching the leather tone of the suit like the original did.

Looks great, but not enough to get me to re-buy this guy. I still have and love the original version. Wish they sold that base as a separate piece, though. I'd get that for sure.

This gives me hope that the Bat-Computer will be sold with another figure. Hoping for Alfred, but would definitely buy turtleneck Bruce, too.

It also makes me wonder if Hot Toys is going to continue their trend of skipping most DC new releases and just offer this instead of Batman in his new Flash suit. Hope we get that one, too, as that's an instant purchase.

Looks really good overall and glad to see it wasn’t scrapped!

Hopefully the new mouthpieces won’t poke out along the edge like in the original DX09 and hopefully the eyes are moved through the bottom of the cowl instead of a panel on the back of the head.

This and the LimToys Uncharted figure have made for a great collecting day for me

Them not announcing the Batcomputer at the same time gives me thought that it won't actually see a release but who knows.

Doesn't even look like a complicated accessory. Could have made it a separate release. Would have made for a nice cherry on top with the rest of the announcements.

Because....he was the first serious theatrical Batman and is iconic???? You must be a whippersnapper.......
I was there watching it in the theater as a 14-year old thinking: "Yeah, it's better than 60's Batman...but they couldn't find anyone else to play him?" Now Nicholson as Joker was classic. Just too bad he wasn't younger like his Jack Torrance days.
