That's an amazing Forever display. I had those figures and the light up Batmobile too. Christmas 95 was my all time favourite for toys.

I will definitely have to get Val at least this year. I would easily get Clooney too.

Sideshow finally charged me the shipping/tax on Sonar Bats. Should be shipping within the next 10 business days~

Thank you!!

Even after all these years, those little Kenner toys still fill me with tons of nostalgic joy! The light up Batmobile is awesome. And as far as I'm aware, it's the only Forever Batmobile collectible that has the split-fins option.

I had the film on video that Xmas and I just recently bought all of the trading cards off eBay again.

That's why I always stick up for the Schumacher films, they're hammy to look back on now, but back in 95-97, they're all we had.

I'm interested to see what Mars Toys cooks up, I mean if they make a Schwarzenegger Freeze, that would be insane.

They are hammy indeed. But that’s part of what I love about them. They’re so different to the other films. Lighthearted, goofy, extravagant, unashamed. I mean, we’re lucky to get a Batmobile with anything resembling fins nowadays, but the Schumacher Batmobiles were FIN-tastic!! 😂 And then there’s all the fun, colourful, amazing costumes that weren’t afraid to be as bold as the comics of the day. There’s a lot to love about those films.

I’m really hoping Mars Toys dips into B&R too. Even if only for Ivy, but Freeze would be a dream!!
In the thread on their Facebook Riddler post, they kinda responded in a positive/teasing way to comments regarding Freeze and Ivy. So you never know….

Here's Batman and Robin with the Toyz Trubo Two-Face figure. I posted more pics in the Mars Toys Riddler thread.

They are looking great Simon. Hopefully Mars reveal their Riddler completely soon and start pre orders as these four will make a fantastic display.

My Batman and Robin shipped yesterday so will have them by Monday or tomorrow if I get really lucky. Between these and the recent Mars announcements for Riddler and 89 figures, it is the most excited for 1:6 figures I have been in a long time.

Thank you, pug205.

I really can’t wait for Mars to reveal their Riddler figure in full. Hopefully any day now!

I’m sure you’re going to love the HT Batman and Robin figures. They’re even better in person!

The one scene in that film worth keeping,
If they extended the line to include (Kilmer) Wayne and the giant Bat, might be worth it.

Too bad Schwarzenegger's Mr. Freeze was not featured in a serious Batman movie instead of a campy one like Batman & Robin.
He is a good enough actor that he could have made for a real menacing villain. I would have liked to see a scene where Mr. Freeze
warms up to his housekeeper and has an affair with her.

Make it so- just so I can hear him say the line ‘Freeze! On your knees! Lick the popsicle please.’

Got Bats in yesterday. Definitely worth the wait and looks amazing alongside Robin. He is a tall one vs Keaton.

How fantastic would a Forever Bruce Wayne two-pack be, with ( Kilmer) Wayne and the giant Cave-Vision bat.
Either by Mars or Jazz, not sure who could successfully pull that off?

How massive would that wingspan be?
Comparison Jazzinc. did pull off a full winged Vulture with "Approximately 102 cm wingspan".
Though structurally this would have to be quite different.

Happy Birthday to me this year indeed! Could be the strong plastic fumes that are coming off them but these are fantastic looking figures. Might not be the most colour accurate but they look great after so many black and dark grey movie Batman figures

Mine finally arrived a few days ago after ordering it in early December and I just got around to opening it and while it looks great as its own thing - the suit feels cheap and literally tacky to the touch and he is hilariously large next to other figures. I expected it to be this way of coarse from the comments but I dunno, maybe the hype has died down a bit for it. The box was a boring flimsy piece of crap too.

Maybe I am just being grumpy and will feel better about it later but I have no desire to own Robin now unless he hits a major discount.

I ordered them from popcultcha since i wanted them for my bday so i bailed on sugo toys but my biggest concern is they won't fit in the display case, batman is way too tall and 89 batman barely fits. Might have to buy a lot of those basic crotch grabbers cause too many figures have tall bases. I really don't like how tall they are. And robin, yeah he was just kinda an expensive accessory. No emotion towards him whatsoever lol.
