Damn, I guess it could be 3D sculpted in no time (no pun intended), but it should have definitely come with the figures, at least in a deluxe two-pack. The lack of removable hats + hair is becoming increasingly annoying the more I think about it. It's just such a nonsensical / cost-cutting decision on HT's part. Also, I really feel it would have helped collectors decide to use the BTTF II headsculpt on the 1885 release. The expression would really fit that film. Same with the 1885's headsculpt fitting Part 2 better, IMO.
Agreed. I want to do the clock display but Marty would look dumb posing with a “shocked” face.

Hope this is the sculpt for 2.0 BTTF Marty …because this looks like a worried MJF face :lecture
I am sure it isn’t the exact same. I went to the event myself, and the shape of the eyes and eye area are different. I def appears to have a little more aging.
The details on the 2.0 seem a little soft so he looks very young. They are very similar, but the main difference I again saw was in the eyes.

Yeah the sculpted hair on this looks awful. I usually don't care much for rooted hair on male figures, but for Doc it just seems like the only real option for capturing his look and likeness properly.

I just got a notice of flex schedule change. Pushing Docs last payment from February to March.

Should have known when I paid for these in full in January that there was no way they’d stick to the release window, but pushed to Jul-Sep??? WTF.

I hate the low stock bs. It’s showing up on this figure now. I feel like it won’t actually sell out but I better lock in a pre-order somewhere or risk missing out. Irritating but I was going to get it eventually and it’s the last one from the BTTF line I need (haven’t ordered the DeLorean though).

Didn't even use my coupon because it was only usable for certain items that I didn't care about.

I have little concern that these are truly selling out, they will be listed on the site for some time. It's just Sideshow have been making more conservative initial orders, probably trying to avoid some of this stuff that sits and eats space in their warehouse. I think they still haven't sold through all those Stan Lees, and nothing short of giving them away seems to be doing it because they've been on sale countless times, plastered all over the site etc.

And notice it's always the same stock when they have sales. Whether it's BOGO or straight discounts, the same items listed every time because they're trying to clear the stock.

They'll increase the production order from HT and it will go back to normal listing.
