I got the notice from sideshow charging 2/2.
Damn. This is why I was trying to wait on buying Iconiq's 1/6 Ryu because I knew SS would be getting this one in soon. Son of a gun... ah well. Now I just hope BBTS doesn't get Storm collectibles 1/6 Noob Saibot in stock anytime soon.

As cool as it is I just don’t know if I really want to drop $375 plus shipping and tax for a secondary suit. Maybe if it sticks around long enough and gets some discounts.

My thoughts too, I've had Deathstroke sitting in a box for some time now and no one to display him with, I wanted the Origins normal suit, not the DLC one.

The amount of grip-strength required to hold onto that small, smooth grapple/grapnel gun handle while wearing this much mechanical armour would be enough to crush a man’s skull to dust.

Look at that thing; how is he holding onto that?!

That’s why I appreciate the practicality of the Snyder Batman handle with the hooked bottom to aid the user’s grip.

I still don’t think Batman’s Grappling anywhere in this suit though.

I just received this figure it’s still in the box. I am waiting to after I come home from the gym tomorrow to unbox it and display this beautiful figure! :) >

I cannot figure out if I want to get either the “Armored Batman” (either the chrome vs black edition? I am leaning more towards the regular looks less plastic)…if so which one to go for and looks better displayed?) …

or the re-released Zack Snyder Justice League “Tactical Batman” to pose next to this beast. 😎 I do not mind the thinner neck as I know of an easy fix for that. I realize these are not part of the “Arkham” series but I absolutely love both figures and they would look perfect next to this figure.

…any opinions on this? I would get both but can only afford one more figure at the moment as I also have “the Batman” deluxe version on pre-order as well.

…such a relief getting away from collecting all these Ironman figures. :)
…either way I will have both figures at some point but only one for now. Thanks in advance for any opinions on what I should buy.

Origins is the only “Arkham” game I have not yet played…but still had to get this figure…I really hope Hot Toys makes a Batman “Origins” suit.

Yeah I think there's plenty of folks who are wanting an AO suit, especially after them making the Arkham City and Arkham Knight suits :D

Origins is an okay game. It wasn't made by Rocksteady and it shows. There are some merits such as the Christmas Eve setting, the music and the acting but overall the mission structure and gameplay design feels amateurish despite having the same gameplay from Arkham City. Overall it's okay to play if you have nothing better to do, but I don't really consider it part of the Arkham Trilogy no matter how much WB insisted it was.

I think this is the first time I've noticed this figure. Reminds me of when Kenner did many wacky Batman variants back in the day. Deep Sea Diver Batman, Wall Scaler Batman, Jungle Tracker Batman, Tec Shield Batman, etc.

Hopefully Hot Toys does a jungle or mountain-climbing variant next.

I love Origins, Batman is younger the police distrust him, very similar to "Batman year one", Batman begins or The Batman. and there are real boss fights and a cool Batcave.
